Management Solutions is an international consulting firm whose core mission is to deliver business, risk, financial, organization, technology, and process-related advisory service.

I worked for clients in different countries such as Spain, Portugal & USA

Project 1: Managed a client’s accounting Migration Plan in Spain and Portugal: included weekly validations, simulated technology tests, and monitored the overall project status.
Project 2: Collaborated with the optimization of a risk-management tool and simulate the technological processes for a mayor Spanish bank
Project 3: Definition of requirements for the implementation of the New Definition of Default for the U.S. branch of the bank.
